Welcome to CORROLESS-GEN, a sub-brand of LONGKAI POWER. These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of our diesel generator products and related services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using CORROLESS-GEN products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

CORROLESS-GEN specializes in diesel generator sets designed for high salt and humidity mist environments, including:

• 10~4,000kVA water-cooled diesel generators
• Generators powered by renowned engine brands including CUMMINS, PERKINS, BAUDOUIN, ISUZU, YANMAR, KUBOTA, WEICHAI, YUCHAI, FAW, YTO, and others
• Corrosion-resistant units made with galvanized sheet metal and corrosion-resistant coating
• High sealing systems to protect against corrosive elements

All products are manufactured in accordance with applicable industry standards and carry CE and EMC certifications where indicated.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Inquiries and Quotations: Customers may request quotations through our website, email, or by contacting our sales representatives directly. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order and any required deposit payment. CORROLESS-GEN reserves the right to reject any order at our discretion.

3.3 Order Modifications: Any modifications to confirmed orders must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

3.4 Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Orders for standard products may be cancelled subject to a cancellation fee. Custom-designed or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the quotation and do not include taxes, duties, shipping, or installation unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are typically:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance against B/L copy or via irrevocable Letter of Credit

4.3 Taxes and Duties: The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees unless otherwise specified in the sales agreement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Terms: Standard delivery terms are Ex Works (EXW) or FOB Chinese port, as specified in the quotation. Other Incoterms can be arranged upon request.

5.2 Delivery Timeline: Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change based on production capacity, component availability, and shipping conditions.

5.3 Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any visible damage or discrepancies within 72 hours of receipt.

5.4 Title and Risk: Title to products passes to the customer upon full payment. Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed Incoterms.

6. Warranty

6.1 Standard Warranty: CORROLESS-GEN provides a standard 12-month warranty from the date of shipment or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

6.2 Extended Warranty: Extended warranty options may be available for purchase at the time of order.

6.3 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, operation, or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
• Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions beyond design specifications
• Consumable parts such as filters, belts, and fluids

6.4 Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation, including product serial number, description of the defect, and photographic evidence when applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to CORROLESS-GEN products, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of LONGKAI POWER.

7.2 Use Restrictions: Customers may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble CORROLESS-GEN products, nor remove or alter any proprietary notices or markings.

7.3 Marketing Materials: Customers may not use CORROLESS-GEN trademarks, logos, or other brand elements in advertising or promotional materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Maximum Liability: CORROLESS-GEN's maximum liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall CORROLESS-GEN be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Force Majeure: CORROLESS-GEN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, material shortages, transportation delays, or government actions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

9.3 Language: In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms of Service, the English version shall prevail.
